The following are the graduation requirements;
Diploma or cetificate Requirements: A student must have earned a minimum of 70 credits for diploma.
Eligibility for award: A student is eligible if:
(i) The student has Fulfilled the requirements for the award of the diploma.
(ii) A student has cleared all dues payable to the Departments ,m Center, Library, Sports or any other units.
Award of the Diploma
(a) The head of department shall prepare and submit the results and list of eligible students for the award of diplomas to the academic council for approval.
(b) After approval by the acedemic council, the students will be awarded their diplomas in a graduation ceremony.
(c) A student may apply for a provisional diploma before the graduation ceremony by paying a prescribed fee.
